We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for artworks and courses once purchased.
Artworks
Every artwork offered through our site is original, limited, or otherwise irreplaceable. Because of this uniqueness:
- Once an artwork is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We strongly encourage customers to review all details, descriptions, and images carefully before making a purchase.
- Additional documentation (such as certificates of authenticity) may accompany the artwork, and these should be kept safe as they cannot be reissued.
Courses
Our courses are digital and intellectual products. Upon purchase, access is provided immediately or within a short timeframe.
